WOW!!!!

Mandisa has to be one of my favorite people who I have had the privilege and joy to interview while working on Our GameMakers project. Such a huge character - her love for rugby and how much growing the game means to her, is simply infectious. I really wish we could have met in person and I can’t wait for the day when we actually do. We might have been worlds apart but Mandisa had Gie and I laughing and crying in equal measure during our chat. SO gorgeous.

Knowing the future of rugby in South Africa is in the hands of people like Mandisa makes me feel confident that they will one day be a real force in women’s rugby. I can’t wait for the day that all the natural talent and love for the game that is tucked away in the corners of the vast country - will have a chance to shine on the world stage.

No wonder women’s rugby is now one of the greatest sports in the world. With personalities like Mandisa’s involved - the skies are the limit.
